Inspired by the rise of slow food and a return to pre-factory farming and artisanal craftsmanship at home in California, we’re out to visit the places these practices never went out of style.
Along the way we’ll profile markets and farms, and meet with chefs and street vendors, vintners and brewmasters and other fine folks obsessed with celebrating food and community.
